Looking back they could have sold me the first vehicle that had problems but they were honest and up front with me. The following day when I returned Tom hd put a new battery in the vehicle but he told me he had some bad news, the bad news turned out to be a blessing for me. I selected a vehicle and the car would not start. My Name is Larry T, an I would like to shear my personal experience with Tom and Justin at the Mesa location. Along with “Primary Use”, I use it to both commute to work and have some fun but it would only let me choose one. I highly recommend this vehicle to anyone who wants to get into Overlanding or anyone who just wants a fun Jeep for their buck! Keep up with maintenance (as you should with every vehicle) and it’ll treat you right! The selections only let me choose “New” or “Used” but I’d say both because it was new to my Mom and Dad but used obviously when I got it.
I use mine as both a daily and a weekend warrior (not too hard because I have to drive it home) and it’s a great vehicle all in all! Gas mileage could be a little better but it’s a V6 Jeep, what do you expect. The 4WD is amazing and it’s capabilities are really impressive! With the right driving on a trail, lifted truck owners look at me sometimes and say “Ain’t no way a Liberty did that!”. My parents bought this new back in 2009 and after a car accident that totaled my first truck (01 Chevy S10), my mom gave me this and I love every bit of it!! I’ve had it in my possession about 5 years now and it’s such a fun vehicle. Complete game changer now I absolutely love it! This Liberty just crossed 125,000 and is running like a champ.įinal note: I hated the look and everything about the Liberty when my Dad bought his. One minor issue with the AM/FM radio, the receiver chip in the radio went bad, so no AM/FM. Used it several times on snowy unplowed Wisconsin roads and it has been solid. The 4-wheel drive system has been good as well. The engine and Transmission are fine, no issues. This Liberty just turned 300,000 and is still running well!Ģ012 bought used with 65,000. The AC takes a little while to cool the interior down, but it hasn’t been serviced or recharged. Some very minor issues with the power window switch, it stopped working, but easy fix. No problems with the engine or transmission, 4-wheel drive works great.
